It's available under the Creative Common’s
Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 License (free for personal use, effectively). It only covers US law (copyright including using music, publicity rights, trademark law, and legal issues to do with the distribution of your podcast etc).
I've not read it all in detail yet but it looks very comprehensive, including links to resources on podcasting generally, and, judging by the authors and their organisations (Lawrence Lessig also wrote the foreword), it should be pretty authoritative. But I repeat, it only covers US law...
