This next video from BarCampLondon3 in November 2007 is of an informative, helpful, practical run through of the jQuery Javascript library and how to use it, by Simon Willison.
jQuery is, as Wikipedia puts it, "a lightweight JavaScript library that emphasizes interaction between JavaScript and HTML", so this session should be of particular interest to web developers especially AJAX types.
